Help and contact
Last updated:Answers to questions about your account, your purchases and deleting your account, in the iPhone app, the Android app and on the site. Another question: write to us.
Account and sign-in
How do I create an account?
Open your first Booster without an account, then keep your cards by creating your account: with Google, with Apple (in the iPhone app) or with an e-mail address and a password. Zoora is for people aged 16 and over.
I can’t sign in
- Account created with Google or Apple: sign in again with the same button and the same Google or Apple account. “Sign in with Apple” is in the iPhone app.
- E-mail address and password: “Forgot password”, on the sign-in screen, sends you a link to choose a new one.
- No confirmation e-mail: check your spam folder, then ask for a new link from the “Check your inbox” screen.
- Still stuck: write to us from your account’s address, at contact@zoora.app.
Can I play on the site and in the app with the same account?
Yes. Sign in the same way (same address, same Google or Apple account): your cards, your Shards, your Boosters and Zoora+ follow you from one device to another. “Sign in with Apple” only exists in the iPhone app: an account created that way is played on iPhone.
Change my username, language or e-mails
In the app: Menu, then Settings. On the site: your profile, then Account settings. “Download my data” is there too: a JSON file with everything we keep about you.
Turn notifications off
The app only sends notifications if you have allowed them. To turn them off: your phone’s settings, Notifications, then Zoora.
Purchases and refunds
How do I buy a Pack or Zoora+?
In the game’s shop. In the iPhone app, the purchase goes through the App Store; in the Android app, through Google Play, at the price the store shows, in your currency. Booster odds are published and the same for everyone: paying gives more Boosters, never better chances.
Restore my purchases
On a new phone, or after reinstalling the app: sign in to your Zoora account, then Menu, Settings, Zoora+ and purchases, “Restore purchases”. The phone must use the same Apple or Google account as for the purchase. Your purchases are tied to your Zoora account: they follow you on the site too.
Get a refund for a purchase made on iPhone (App Store)
Apple collects the payment and decides on refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple account, choose “Request a refund”, then the Zoora purchase.
When a Pack is refunded, its unopened Boosters are removed from your account. An opened Booster can’t be returned: you accepted this by ticking the box before paying.
Get a refund for a purchase made on Android (Google Play)
Within 48 hours: your order history on Google Play (or, in Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Budget and history), choose the Zoora purchase, then “Request a refund”.
After 48 hours, write to us with the date and the order number (GPA.…): we can refund it ourselves through Google Play. The unopened Boosters of a refunded Pack are removed from your account.
Get a refund for a purchase made on the site
For 14 days, on my.zoora.app: your profile, the purchase line, “Withdraw”. The amount refunded (the unopened Boosters) is shown before you confirm, and goes back to the means of payment used.
Cancel Zoora+
- Taken on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Zoora+ (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions).
- Taken on Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Zoora+ (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
- Taken on the site: your profile, Account settings, Zoora+ and purchases, “Cancel Zoora+”.
Zoora+ stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription taken through the App Store or Google Play.
A purchase didn’t arrive
Reopen the app, then “Restore purchases” (Menu, Settings, Zoora+ and purchases). If Boosters are still missing, write to us with your username, the date and the store’s receipt: the purchase is restored or refunded.
Deleting your account
Delete my account
- In the app: Menu, Settings, at the very bottom “Delete my account”, then type your username to confirm.
- Without the app: my.zoora.app/delete-account, once signed in (with Google or an e-mail address: “Sign in with Apple” only exists in the iPhone app).
- If you can’t sign in: write to contact@zoora.app from your account’s address (for an Apple account that hides your address, from the mailbox that receives the relay address’s e-mails). We delete the account within one month.
Deletion is permanent: your cards, your Shards, your Boosters and your friends disappear, and your personal data is erased. Only invoices (10 years, legal obligation) and a fingerprint of your e-mail address (3 years, so that one address only gets the welcome gifts once) remain. An e-mail confirms the deletion.
What about my Zoora+ subscription?
A Zoora+ taken on the site stops with the account. Taken in the app, it is cancelled with Apple or Google (see “Cancel Zoora+”): do it before deleting your account, otherwise the store keeps charging for it.
Between players
Report a player
Tap “⋯” next to their username (a friend request, a friend’s profile, a trade, a card’s owner or seller), then “Report this player”: choose a reason, add a word if you like. The team reviews every report. Illegal content can also be reported to contact@zoora.app, with the address of the page.
Block a player
“⋯”, then “Block”: you are no longer friends, they can no longer send you a friend request or offer you a trade, and their listings disappear from your Market. The list of blocked players is in Settings, Privacy.
