The president of ELVN SAS.

The zoora.app site and the my.zoora.app game are served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States).

The game’s data is stored by Neon, Inc. (database, Frankfurt region, Germany) and by Cloudflare (images and files, on Cloudflare R2). These processing operations are described in detail in the privacy policy.

The Zoora apps for iPhone and Android are distributed through the App Store, by Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland), and through Google Play, by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

The Zoora trade mark, the logo, the zoora.app domain name, the visual identity, the cards, their illustrations, and the texts and code of the site and the game are the property of ELVN SAS. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Sharing the image of one of your cards with the game’s sharing tools is allowed, for personal, non-commercial use.

Content that you believe to be illegal (a username, a showcase, a Market listing, a card’s public page) can be reported to contact@zoora.app, stating the address of the page and the reasons for the report, or in the game, with “Report this player” in the “⋯” menu next to their username. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt, then the decision taken. This address also serves as the point of contact for authorities and players under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Articles 11 and 12), in French.
